We would like to congratulate one of our official bloggers, Ryanna Foxclaw, for being chosen to be featured in our Blogger Spotlight for March. We chose this photo because we thought it was brave to cut a picture like this, yet, it best captures the mood.  Ryanna Foxclaw We asked Ryanna a few questions. Here is what she had to say: Name you prefer to go by: Ryanna What style do you enjoy most blogging? I really enjoy fantasy style blogging. Ever since I was little I loved the idea of other worlds; a break from reality. In Second Life, where a person can be virtually anything they want, I love it when I get to take a step out of recreating everyday life and bringing forth something from my imagination. How did you get your start in blogging? Blogging actually came about out of my earlier years of modeling in SL. They told us that we should blog and I thought, "Okay. I like taking pictures." However, I don't simply want to take pictures, toss up credits, and have that be it. No. Aside from photography, I love to write and if I was going to blog, I was going to do it my way. I took what I learned in my classes and added my own spin. So, while modeling may have gotten me into the "Blogging World", it is my love for telling stories through my pictures and words which have kept me going. Any other advice or wisdom you would like to share with our readers? Don't compare yourself to others. Do your own thing. Sometimes it gets hard because it looks like you must do A, B and C, to be successful. But, that's a formula that may work for someone else. Stay true to who you are and I assure you that you'll get more joy out of it than you would if you had conformed. What is your favorite holiday and why? My favorite holiday is likely Christmas. it has a lot of special meaning to me and memories from when I was a small child. Although the holiday has changed for me through the years, it still holds a dear place in my heart and I try hard to spread the joy that I know my loved ones would have if they were still around.
